Editor Notes: Ethnography is a discipline, often used in anthropology and sociology, that studies cultures (other than your own) by direct observation. Ethnographic studies, especially during the European explorations of the 15th-20th centuries and to present day studies, provide multitudinous examples of indigenous hunters and gatherers without any of the diseases of "civilization". This is true across the globe regardless of the continent/region involved. Vitality and the ubiquitous health of populations, even into old age, are often described. As indigenous groups resort to eating typical European foods - many bad health consequences are progressively recorded.
