Aloha from Hawaii,
I hope that you find this website useful, and you acquire as many health benefits from an evolution based diet as I feel so fortunate to have had. Since discovering this way of eating about 15 years ago, I first felt compelled to study it, and then almost an obligation to share the knowledge. I have shed 35 pounds, rid myself of nagging arthritis, and seem to have boundless energy compared to most of my contemporaries. In addition, I know of many people that have had even more astounding results after changing to this way of eating.
Simply put, it is a new plateau of health available for any human being. I challenge YOU to abide by it for 30 days and tell me otherwise. If you are ill or older, get your doctor's permission. If your doctor is unfamiliar with the concept, show him/her some of the articles and websites of collaborating doctors and nutritional researchers (Prof. Staffan Lindeberg, M.D., Dr. Ben Balzer, Dr. Boyd Eaton, Dr. Michael Eades, & Prof. Loren Cordain, and Prof. Bruce Watkins are some you can find on the internet). Whether you are of a high meat/seafood/fish mindset, or prefer a vegetable/fruit emphasis in your diet, you can simulate the nutrition if you study a bit. If you are a vegetarian for animal rights reasons, you can eat a few free range eggs (make sure they are truly free range eating, and not just cage-free) a week and be fine ... as long as you eliminate, or nearly eliminate grains, from your weekly intake of food.
It is wonderful, and I think important, to see such a practical application of evolution. It has already exhibited tremendous benefits to early adopters in reducing illness, pain and suffering.. The evidences are accummulating, and it truly will, at some point in the future become the new governing paradigm for ultimate human nutrition. Just think of it as the ultimate "natural diet" that includes our history of eating as well as what foods are available in the natural world.
Also very important is that this way of eating is a way to health for people regardless of their income level - and with healthcare costs so out of control (too often out of reach for some), this can give most any person a way to counter that sometimes dire situation.
My undergraduate degree is in Geology from the University of Arizona (Tucson), and I completed my Master of Science degree in Geology/Geoarchaeology from the University of Nevada (Reno). Much of my graduate work was at The Quaternary Sciences Center/Desert Research Institute (The "Quaternary Period" is the time period from about 2.6 million years ago to the present.) Along with an obvious intimate understanding of geology and geologic time, I have a background studying and working in archaeology over a broad range of time (projects in historic, classical Mesoamerica, and prehistoric cultures). In addition, I have endeavored to become increasingly educated on the details of evolutionary biology throughout my career. I have taught Geology and Oceanography at the college level, and have one year of graduate studies in Science Education at the University of Texas (Austin). Much of my professional work has involved the time period (The Quaternary Period) that is very critical to understanding the historic/prehistoric aspects of an evolution-based, hunter-gatherer diet.
In closing, I would like to show you a graph representing the length of time your ancestors have been on an evolution diet (when they were hunter gatherers in the wild), versus the length of time your ancestors have been on a mass agriculture, mass production diet: Diet and Deep Time.
Happy Health to All,
JACK R. LAGONI (nicknames: "Jake", "J.R.")

Hey, if an 8th grader can comprehend this concept,as shown here, we all can!
